» Historic Renovation of the City Hall, Bay City, Michigan USA ; Creaton 301 sq. The Bay City - City Hall was originally build in 1895. During the years there were countless additions and improvements to the building and the roof. This building is ranking in the top 10 historical significant buildings. The renovation had to be done with the utmost care and attention to detail. Creaton was chosen as manufacturer for the tiles because of its long standing reputation for excellent products and service. This is how the City Hall looks with the new tiles installed:
