The S9 is a flat tile with the greatest movement vertically (+/- 7 cm/2,76"). 
This could be the important factor for renovations. The tile weighs  under 7 lbs/sqft., that means, he is a light-weight in its class. 
The S9 can be placed in a broken-bond pattern. With its very distinctive colors the tiles can be customized to create the appearance of a certain look e.g. create the look of shakes.
Like all other tiles from Team Fritz Clay Roof Tiles,  they have met and exceeded rigorous freeze thaw testing. All these tests well exceed the ASTM Standards.

This tile comes with a free transferable 30 year limited manufacturers replacement warranty. (please see the warranty information in our technical section for more)
