Balance

The new, contemporary generation of roofing tiles came out of work carried out in co-operation with M.C. Ludowici; great-grandson of the well known Dr.h.c. Wilhelm Ludowici.
The development of the shape of this tile - beloved and proven over decades - incorporates the requirements of today.

This tile is a dual-trough interlocking pan tile.
Throughout the development of the Balance, the classical features of this tile were retained, with his clear lines, visually splendid depression and technically superb interlocking system.

Like all other tiles from Team Fritz Clay Roof Tiles,  they have met and exceeded rigorous freeze thaw testing. All these tests well exceed the ASTM Standards.

This tile comes with a free transferable 50 year limited manufacturers replacement warranty. (please see the warranty information in our technical section for more)
