Futura, the clay pan tile designed to satisfy the requirements of the future, is already available from Team Fritz Clay Roof Tiles and is unique on a world scale. The expertise gained through over 100 years of clay roofing tile production from this manufacturer can be seen in each detail of the Futura tile.
The softly curved capping bulge lends roofs a particular appeal through the subtle interplay of light and shade. Its unusual format is only achieved with the latest technology and state-of-the-art manufacturing processes. This tile is useful if you need special color combinations (broad color selection).
Futura was developed in cooperation with M.C.Ludowici, and is based on tried and tested functional concepts whilst incorporating the latest findings with regards to static, water guidance and flow behavior. 
For example, the 1.18 inch (3 mm) large head play enables an exceptional  sliding distance for the cover length. Futura ideally combines the elements of appearance, functionality and economy in a unique manner.

Like all other tiles from Team Fritz Clay Roof Tiles,  they have met and exceeded rigorous freeze thaw testing. All these tests well exceed the ASTM Standards.

This tile comes with a free transferable 50 year limited manufacturers replacement warranty. (please see the warranty information in our technical section for more)
