This custom build home is located in a new urban development in Campbellcroft close to Port Hope. It is situated on a large lot surrounded by brushes and trees. The fact that clay roof tiles do not burn, did help the new owner, to decide for their usage on his house. Further more the long life expectancy and easy installation made good arguments, too.
