cliff above the Okanagan Lake with a 200° view. Consisting of luxury apartments
with high quality materials used throughout. As the name says Tuscan style tiles
were used to give it this unmistakably "Old Word" charm that can be
found around the Mediterranean Sea. But not only looks were considered, but also
the clay tiles longevity, durability and ease of up keep, not requiring much
maintenance at all, were factors in the decision process. Customers grew tired
with the flat look used extensively on roofs until recently. High quality
